I needed to replace my old carpet in my bedrooms and hallways so I started looking. From the very beginning Velia was responsive and asked me questions to determine what I needed. She came and did the estimate and offered me several options to pick from. Velia is very friendly and attentive and her prices are very reasonable as I compared to three other companies. Jimenez Carpet is a Class A business! I have done business with them since 2007, had carpets installed and flooring installed. The owners are personable and really take time to discuss options and patiently look at sample after sample until we were completely satisfied. They came to the house several times bringing more and more samples, not satisfied until they knew I was happy. The installer was amazing, he was efficient and professional. A job well done! We recently had our family room carpeted Bob Jimenez Carpet & Flooring. Velia came out to do an estimate and show us carpet samples based on what we told her we wanted. She brought exactly we were looking for. She is very charming and personable so we felt comfortable during the whole process. We gave her the down payment that same day & within a few days the installation guys were here. They were quick, clean and friendly to my curious nature. They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. The final product is amazing. Used Jimenez carpet after a very long search of floor installers. Contractors who come out and will tell me what I should do vs. listening to what we wanted. Ultimately decided on Jimenez carpet due to the fact that they were a local business and always want to support our community. It’s family owned so you don’t feel like you’re just another number to them. Their communication with me has always been top notch. My family and I went back and forth on options and their patience with us was greatly appreciated. As many of us, my family has a difficult schedule so wasn’t always able to get everyone into their show room. Celia with Jimenez accommodated our schedules, made suggestions and not once did I feel pressured or rushed into a decision. Our house had so many surprises during the job and our installer Isidro didn’t flinch. The job was done on schedule and we were super happy to get rid of our old outdated flooring. We have a bathroom project ahead of us and will definitely use them again. If anyone ever asks I will refer Jimenez carpet without hesitation. - William Argueta

I had Jimenez install vinyl wood plank flooring at my residence. It was supposed to be a two day job, but it was done in one. The job they did was phenomenal! When examining the work, I truly could not find any problems or flaws, and I’m usually able to find something wrong with this type of work. This business is very personable and reasonable in price. I am the owner of a small residential apartment building in Los Angeles. I contacted Jimenez Carpet and Flooring to install the entire floor, base board moldings and subfloor of the upstairs unit. "It's very hard to provide customer service to me because I am a very particular person. However, Villa, the owner, made sure everything was in order. She arrived with the installers the day of and did a walk through to provide me with customer service. When she came out for the quote we automatically connected and I felt secure in her ability to create my vision. So, I picked out my LVP and carpet and received a great estimate. She actually has the best prices and with quality supplies and laborers. The installers came and I met Isidoro. He is such a sweet soul with healty eating habits which made me kick it in gear to eat better. He had a slight accent but we could still communicate well. I was very satisfied when he walked me through his process. Once installers completed the work Villa came back for a walk through. She took pictures and videos of the work and made sure I was a satisfied customer. There were small things that I pointed out and immediately Isidoro came back to correct and now I am a satisfied customer to the 100th power. After the walk through, Villa asked a question that no one has ever asked which was, how can we be better as a company? This meant a lot to me.
